Membership gives you unlimited access to our members
area where you can download all our web products. You
may resell our websites during your membership term.
You do not have to renew your membership to continue
to run our sites that you downloaded.
websites may only be sold as a complete website. In
other words, for each website you sell, you must have
a domain name assigned to each site. Websites cannot
be sold as templates or be given away.
Simply click on the contact us button at the top of
any page to be taken to our live support system. If
live support is unavailable, just leave us a message
and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
When your membership term expires, you will no longer
have access to the members area and you may not longer
resell our sites. You can still use our sites for your
own personal business use but only active members may
resell our sites. To continue to resell our products
you must renew your membership.
Is
there a limit to how many websites I can sell and for
how much?
There is no limit to how many and for how much you
sell our websites for. Some sites have gone for as much
as $700 on ebay. We recommend to all members that Ebay
NOT be your only resource for selling sites. Our sites
are sold all over the globe and the sky is the limit,
especially in local municipalities.
I
know nothing about websites. How difficult will this
be for me?
Although we try to make our sites as simple as possible
to setup, we do recommend you have some knowledge of
the Internet and how websites work as some sites use
scripts that require special functions such as connecting
to your site via FTP to set permissions, knowing how
to edit an HTML page to change the contact and website
information. A knowledge of how the net works is also
useful if you plan to resell our sites as your customers
may require support. We provide support for members
only and not resold site customers.
You can sell our websites wherever you choose including
through your own reseller website, through classifieds,
and even auctions such as Ebay. (We do not recommend
you become a reseller to sell on Ebay alone. With too
many sites on Ebay, the sites become useless. It is
recommended you have a few options open to you as to
where you sell your sites.
You may combine
websites with other sites and you may integrate our
sites into your own projects, but you may not part out
any of our sites. In other words you may not take the
scripts from our sites and sell them. If you use our
graphics in other projects we require you to sell the
projects under the same guidelines as our reseller agreements
(with a domain name), or you must change the graphics
at least 90%. Custom code may not be resold outside
of our membership terms. This refers to custom scripts
such and our PHP installers. All code and graphics are
registered within Canada as copyright protected works
and we do aggressively enforce our rights.
Can
I use your designs as templates for my personal websites?
Sure, for your own use you can use our websites for
whatever purpose you wish as long as you are not reselling
the product. As a member you can use any of our sites
as a template for your own site which includes all graphics
and script from other sites. (Some third party scripts
require a license for use, such as the Smart Search
Pay Per Click Search Engine)
Are
any link backs or copyright notices required for
websites?
If you would like to provide a link back our site,
that would be great, but it isn't required. If you plan
to resell our sites, it is recommend you remove all
mention to our site as your customers may not wish to
purchase a site from you if they know they can get all
our sites from less. Unlike our competitors we try to
run silently in the background so you can benefit 100%
from being a member.
The amount of money you will make will depend on how
successful you are at marketing your business as a
reseller. Some members are making a good living selling
sites where others may never sell more than a few.Your
membership gives you access to a product that you may
sell. We do not sell or promote the product for you.
No, the only cost to you that we will ever charge
you (other than custom branding or other paid services
offered such as custom programming, design and logo
design services), you will only be charged the membership
fee. You can sell and run as many sites as you choose.
I
only want one of your sites, do I have to be a member
to get it?
We do not sell websites individually here but we
have a few at our sister website Turnkey10.
Here only sell memberships to access all our sites
and will not sell templates, graphics or businesses
outside of our membership. Individual sites are also
available through our members only who sell our sites
on Ebay.
Members are responsible for registering their own
domains name and providing hosting. We do not include
hosting in our plans but we do provide a coupon for
discounted services at our siste site http://www.certahost.com.
Members are free to use whoever they choose to provide
hosting, registration and other web related services.
When you become a member, you are downloading sites
in zip format to be installed where you choose. For
Hosting we recommend certahost.com and for domain
registrations Namecheap.com. Prozilla does not provide
support for hosting issues on non-certahost servers
and CPanel servers.
